CAJUN FUSION OYSTERS BENEDICT
My Cajun Fusion Eggs Benedict captures the essence of the New Orleans experience. It all begins w/ fried Vietnamese rice paper, depicting an oyster shell; Cajun-fusion kale slaw featuring Mardi Gras colors, Louisiana-style fried oysters, Espelette pepper remoulade, a gently poached egg, representing an oyster pearl, all topped w/ a silky smooth French-inspired hollandaise.
An experience of a lifetime, the Final Table will forever be etched in my fondest memories! Working alongside my awesome sous chef (which happens to be the love of my life), watching amazing chefs , and best of all, building lifetime relationships is what food sport is all about!
