“Shake-it-up! Substitute popcorn chicken and buffalo wings for my Spiced-Up Buffalo Popcorn Pork! Cut bite-size pieces of Smithfield boneless pork chops; season with dry rub; coat with flour, then eggs and finally panko breadcrumbs; fry till golden; toss in buffalo sauce. Serve w/ranch and celery.”
